For a standard 28-30mm piece, our turnaround time is about a week—just enough time for the magic to happen! If you want your miniature primed and painted, it’ll take about a week and a half. Larger or more detailed pieces may take longer, but remember: great things come to those who wait (and patience is a virtue, especially in the miniature world).

Pricing is based on the size of the piece, whether you’d like it painted, and the level of detail. All pieces are primed, with your choice of black or grey primer. Think of it like ordering a custom suit, but for your tabletop hero—or villain, we don’t judge!

Yes, all commissions require a 10% deposit to get started. The final price will be adjusted accordingly. It’s like reserving a table at a fine restaurant—except instead of dinner, you’re getting a custom-crafted miniature masterpiece.

We take extreme caution when packing and shipping your miniatures, treating them like the precious treasures they are.

We also try to reuse packaging where possible, eliminating unnecessary waste. So don’t be startled if you get packages with other company logos on them, we just don’t like wasting good material.

Also, we always ship with Australia Post and always express shipping, so your new piece can see action as soon as possible. Extra insurance can be added at your request, and the fee will be calculated upon checkout. After all, we want your miniatures to arrive as ready for battle as you are!

Each non-commission product is truly one-of-a-kind. When it’s sold, that’s it—no repeats, no reprints, no remolds. Just like that perfect roll of the dice, these pieces are a unique moment in time.

While we’re all about creativity, we have to steer clear of using certain beloved characters directly to avoid tangling with the big, scary Intellectual Property dragons.
